Are you passionate about bringing innovative designs to life? We’re recruiting for an experienced BIM Coordinator to join an award-winning, design-led studio in London.

In this pivotal role, you will provide essential BIM and Revit support, ensuring project-specific requirements are met, while also driving general BIM/Revit activities across the team. Under the guidance of the BIM Manager, you will mentor and upskill the team, streamline Revit workflows, and oversee the production of coordinated models to ensure the delivery of high-quality project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide BIM and Revit support across various projects
  • Mentor and technically upskill the team on Revit best practices
  • Oversee and optimize Revit workflows and associated technologies
  • Ensure delivery of consistent, coordinated models for high-quality project deliverables
  • Manage data production and integration with project teams

Ideal Candidate Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Revit and strong knowledge of related software (Dynamo, Navisworks, CDEs, Enscape)
  • Experience working in a BIM environment, ideally within a Level 2 BIM-accredited practice
  • Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or Architectural Technology preferred
  • Advanced knowledge of UK BIM standards
  • Experience in adaptive and parametric content creation
  • Proven track record working across RIBA stages on architectural and/or interior design projects
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills
  • Enthusiastic, proactive, and self-motivated
