Our client, a renowned AJ100 architectural practice, is looking for a talented and ambitious Architect to join their thriving studio in Bristol. As a key player in the architecture industry, this firm has a strong reputation for delivering award-winning designs across various sectors including residential, workplace, and large-scale mixed-use developments. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a practice recognized for its innovation and creative excellence on both UK and international projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead internal project teams and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver large-scale, complex projects.
  • Manage planning applications and regulatory processes.
  • Prepare and present design proposals using CAD, Revit, and SketchUp, alongside traditional drawing methods.
  • Lead the detailed design process and coordinate design information using 3D models and specifications.
  • Work with contractors and consultants to ensure successful project delivery, from concept to completion.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • ARB-registered Architect with post-qualification experience leading projects.
  • Proven experience on large-scale projects, with knowledge of workplace and residential sectors being advantageous.
  • Technical proficiency in Revit and Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, SketchUp).
  • In-depth knowledge of UK Building Regulations and industry standards.
  • Strong ability to present design concepts clearly and work collaboratively with consultants and construction professionals.
  • Commitment to sustainable design and creating high-quality, innovative spaces.
